Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive treatment plans. You will play an integral role in delivering healthcare services, both in primary and specialized care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and review medical histories.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, x-rays, and ECGs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for patients.

• Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best care.

• Provide preventive care education and promote health maintenance.

• Counsel patients and families on disease prevention and wellness strategies.

• Document patient care in the MedEizen system accurately and timely.

Daily Tasks:

• Morning: Review patient charts and prepare for appointments.

• Midday: Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic tests.

• Afternoon: Meet with healthcare teams to discuss patient plans, document progress, and follow-up care.

• End of Day: Review patient feedback and ensure all documentation is complete.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care or a specialty area.

• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
